Impactful Older-Adult Community Mental Health Nurse

NHS Grampian is recruiting a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team in Moray. You will assess, plan and deliver evidence-based care for older adults with mental health difficulties in the community, working within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

The role offers development of clinical skills and the chance to work closely with patients, carers and partner agencies to improve community mental health services.
