Team Leader, Building & Repairs – Social Housing

Aberdeen City Council, based at Kittybrewster Complex, Aberdeen, is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a team of multi skilled tradespersons and oversee repairs, maintenance and upgrades to council housing and non-housing stock.

Essential qualifications include SVQ in a building trade at SCQF level 5 (or equivalent), a valid UK driving licence, and a valid CSCS card. IT skills with Outlook/Teams/Word are required.
