Job Description:
OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Hygiene QA professional for a night shift (Sun–Thu, 21:30–06:00) at a food manufacturing site. You will support HACCP, COSHH, QA procedures and audits, and lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve quality.
You will identify risks, document safe systems of work, and manage budgets while coaching a high‑performance Hygiene team in line with QA standards.
