Community Housing & Support Officer – Drive Real Impact

Transform Housing & Support is seeking a Housing & Support Officer for West Surrey. The role is community-based across Mole Valley, Elmbridge, Runnymede and Surrey Heath with regular travel between sites.

You will work in a supportive team to help clients sustain tenancies, access services, and improve daily living skills, while maintaining professional boundaries and trauma-informed practice.
