Part-Time Information Governance Specialist (Case Services)

Canterbury City Council is seeking a part-time Corporate Case Services Officer (Information Governance) to join the Corporate Case Services team for an 18-month fixed-term period. You will manage FOI, EIR and data protection requests, ensuring timely, lawful access to information.

You will work across services to coordinate information requests, maintain case databases, apply redactions, and support Ombudsman investigations, while upholding statutory deadlines and delivering high-quality service.
