Housing Officer — Empower Communities (Flexible/Agile)

Westminster City Council is seeking a Housing Officer to manage a defined portfolio of properties and provide a high quality service to residents. You will conduct home visits and inspections, engage with residents to develop estate action plans and collaborate with partners to resolve issues.

You will respond to complaints, respond to calls and emails, and support safeguarding of vulnerable residents while handling tenancy matters and enforcement where needed.
