Youth Support Worker (Disability/Autism) – Flexible Shifts

Aberlour Options Moray is a community-based service for children and young people with learning disabilities, offering residential, short breaks, family-based care and community support.

We are looking for a Young People’s Worker to work 35 hours per week on a permanent basis. Shifts include late, early and overnight sleep-ins, with rota patterns designed for service needs and staff wellness.
