Задачи:

• Understand hiring needs and partner with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies across different geographies
• Develop efficient hiring processes and provide a high-touch candidate experience to deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end to end, including sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer closing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with country and business unit leaders and local operations teams to understand local best practices
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output

Требования:

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with employees at all levels
• Self-starter who is results-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and takes initiative and risks
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
