Seasonal Recruitment Coordinator – Onsite at The Kia Oval

Surrey County Cricket Club is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to ensure staffing for peak seasonal periods at The Kia Oval. This fixed-term role is predominantly Monday to Friday, with some evenings and weekends as required, reporting to the Venue Operations department.

You will manage the recruitment and onboarding for a high volume of casual workers, maintain compliance, monitor workforce levels, and support data-driven staffing decisions while delivering a positive candidate experience.
