People ER Adviser – Hybrid, 12-Month Contract

AQA is seeking a People Adviser to join our People Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Manchester. You will own a diverse ER caseload, including investigations, grievances and disciplinary matters, while guiding managers with practical, legally compliant advice.
