Talent Acquisition Apprentice: Launch Your Career in London

Howden in London is launching a Talent Acquisition Apprenticeship starting January 2027. You will join a permanent role from day one while completing an 18-month development programme, working in the office 3–4 days per week and living within a commutable distance.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment process, supporting campaigns, interviewing processes and candidate communications, while earning a recognised qualification. No prior insurance experience required.
