Senior HR Administrator – Primary School Operations

Smile Education are recruiting an experienced Senior HR Administrator to join a welcoming primary school in the B8 area of Birmingham. The role provides senior HR admin support to the Headteacher and leadership team, maintaining staff records and assisting with recruitment and safeguarding procedures.

You will need excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisational skills, and experience with school MIS, HR databases, and recruitment systems.
