Interim IT Support Analyst – Hybrid, 2nd Line

Sellick Partnership is supporting an organisation in Oxfordshire for an IT Support Analyst interim role. It is a hands-on, first- and second-line position providing support across desktops, networks, telephony, AV and remote working environments.

The role requires taking ownership of incidents from initial assessment to resolution and coordinating with third-party suppliers as needed. Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days onsite.
