ICT Support Analyst – Service-Driven Tech & ITIL Excellence

East Dunbartonshire Council is seeking an ICT Support Analyst to join our ICT Support Team. You will deliver first- and second-line ICT and multimedia support, resolve incidents and service requests, and ensure SLAs are met with a strong focus on customer service.

You will work with Windows 11, Windows Server 2022/2025, Active Directory, MEM and Intune, supporting Windows, Apple and Chromebook devices, plus Cisco LAN infrastructure.
