Static Mechanical Engineer – On-site Maintenance Lead

Cambridge Maintenance Services Limited is hiring a Static Mechanical Engineer for Eldon Square, Newcastle. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical plant and fixtures, ensuring safety and compliance for a busy retail site.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will update compliance data on a tablet, manage quotes in the CAFM system, and join a callout rota after probation while occasionally handling overtime to meet client demands.
