FE & Skills Systems Lead — Compliance & Data

The University of Derby is seeking an experienced Operational Compliance Manager (Skills & Apprenticeships) to lead the FE & Skills systems landscape and ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity and effective business processes.

Based on-site at multi-site locations (Buxton or Derby), you will own FE & Skills systems, drive data quality, and deliver high‑quality MI reporting while coordinating with DS&S and Registry to support sustainable apprenticeship provision.
