Legal Team Assistant: Collaborative Support & Growth

Bates Wells is seeking a proactive Team Assistant to support Practice Support teams and deliver high-quality matter management and administrative services for clients. You will work with Practice Assistants and Junior Practice Assistants, assisting fee earners and supporting multiple departments as required.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm with four office days per week for the initial 3 months, and some flexibility may be required in a client-focused environment.
