You’ll run the day-to-day admin on live contracts. You’ll keep records accurate, chase outstanding actions and make sure everyone has what they need. You’ll also support purchasing, so materials reach site when they’re needed.
After handover, some developments need servicing or aftercare. You’ll arrange this with our sister company, Heppelthwaite the Red Van Plumbers.

- Running the day-to-day admin on live plumbing and heating contracts
- Answering emails from clients, suppliers and our own teams
- Keeping contract and project records accurate and up to date
- Tracking deadlines and chasing outstanding actions

- Sorting out delivery, invoice and purchasing queries
- Arranging servicing and aftercare with Heppelthwaite the Red Van Plumbers
- Preparing reports and updating our systems for the management team
- Strong organisation and a good eye for detail
- Good IT skills, including Word, Excel and email
It would help if you have:
- Experience in construction, plumbing, heating or a builders’ merchant
- Purchasing or contract admin experience
Above all, we value attitude. If you’re positive, proactive and keen to learn, we’ll help with the rest.
