Shoe Zone has an opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor to join our customer services team based at our Head Office in Leicester. You will join us on a part time (22.5 hours), permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary starting at a minimum of £16,602.44. Overtime will also be available to cover holiday, sickness and peak periods within the team.

Customer Service Opening Hours
Our Opening Hours Are
- Monday – Thursday 8am-8pm
- Friday 8am – 6pm
- Weekends and Bank Holidays 9am – 5pm
This position will be required to work both weekends and weekdays.
You
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor who is friendly, enthusiastic and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a cheerful and confident manner. Your telephone manner will be positive, professional and calm. Ideally, you’ll have a GCSE Level 4/Grade C or above in Maths and English and you will need to know your way around Microsoft Office. Previous Customer Service and/or retail experience is desirable.
The Job
Working within our fast paced and hardworking Customer Services Team, you will handle all day-to-day enquiries from our online customers and stores assistance to ensure the best possible outcomes and see each query through to its conclusion.
