Defence Site Operative — Facilities & Grounds

Landmarc is seeking a Site Operative to look after training estate facilities at Bodney Camp. Responsibilities include cleaning accommodation blocks, offices and communal areas, plus basic grounds and building maintenance, with stock and documentation duties as part of daily tasks.

The role is permanent, 37 hours per week (08:00–16:30 Mon–Thu, 08:00–16:00 Fri) at Bodney Camp, Thetford, Norfolk. A UK driving licence is essential due to the site’s rural location.
