Line Leader – Production, Quality & Process Control

AMETEK is seeking a Production Team Leader to steer the production group, ensuring delivery of quality and throughput while supporting a safe, efficient plant in the UK. The role requires hands-on leadership, process understanding, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

You will coordinate daily planning, drive cross-training, and engage staff in safe practices and problem-solving, with occasional travel to other facilities or suppliers as needed.
