Works Coordinator – Planning & Admin (Social Housing)

Connexions Thames Valley in London is seeking a Works Coordinator to deploy Metworks staff to carry out property repairs. The role requires daily office attendance and keeps planning, finance and administration tasks up to date to meet contractual and performance targets.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, 08:00–16:00, with a focus on accurate data handling in Northgate/DRS environments and strong customer service to tenants and colleagues.
