Charity Shop Manager — Lead a Team, Drive Impact

British Red Cross is seeking a Shop Manager to lead our community charity shop, delivering an outstanding shopping experience while guiding staff and volunteers to meet financial targets and uphold our values.

You will supervise the shop floor and behind‑the‑scenes operations, design welcoming layouts, promote the BRCS cause locally, recruit and induct volunteers, ensure excellent customer service and compliance with health and safety standards.
