Job Description:
verkind is seeking an experienced Patient Support Team Lead to steer a fast-growing telehealth clinic. You will balance exceptional patient experience with strong conversion, retention and operational KPIs, leading a customer-facing team.
You’ll own the patient journey from initial enquiry through to consultation booking, managing performance, pipelines and data in Salesforce and Medistack, while collaborating with Marketing, Clinical and Operations. Coventry office twice weekly.
