Facilities Maintenance Officer Keeps Buildings Safe

West Northants Council is seeking a Maintenance Officer to deliver a programme of maintenance, repairs and building support across the council’s corporate properties in Northampton. The role focuses on reactive, compliance and planned maintenance, including general repairs, inspections and minor works, ensuring buildings remain safe, warm and fit for purpose.

Working pattern is 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 10:00–18:00 and Friday 10:00–17:30.
