Visitor Services Supervisor & Duty Manager

The Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth, Devon, is seeking a Visitor Services Supervisor to lead front-line staff and deliver an outstanding visitor experience. You will supervise the visitor services team, support the Visitor Services Manager, and ensure safety, welfare and security protocols are followed daily.

The role is full-time, permanent, with a 37.5 hour week, weekend rota, and benefits including pension, life assurance and wellbeing support. Strong customer service and IT skills are essential.
