Shop Manager – Lead a Volunteer-Driven Store

Oxfam Shop – West Wickham is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the team and drive store performance on-site in West Wickham. The role requires 30 hours per week with the responsibility for delivering retail results and excellent customer service.
