Part-Time Customer Services Advisor – Grow with Us

Shoe Zone is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join our team at the Head Office in Leicester. The role is part-time (22.5 hours), permanent, with a competitive salary starting at £16,602.44. Overtime is available to cover holiday, sickness and peak periods within the team.

You will support online and store customer requests with friendly, proactive service, working during opening hours and weekends as required.
