Festival Guest Services Lead: Travel & Hospitality

Glasgow Film is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to manage travel, accommodation and hospitality for over 400 visiting professionals during Glasgow Film Festival. The role includes coordinating schedules, maintaining guest records and supporting the Festival Manager within a fixed-term contract.

You will work with two Guest Services Officers, liaising with hotels, travel partners and industry contacts, while ensuring data privacy and sustainability considerations are met.
