BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting an FM Premises Officer/Site Manager – Soft Services to join our FM team at The Heights Academy, Solihull. The role operates a split shift from 7:00am–11:00am and 2:00pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with site-based duties and occasional travel to other Trust sites.
You will lead all FM services on site, including M&E and building fabric, ensuring safety, compliance and timely delivery while coordinating with catering and cleaning contractors as needed.
