Employer Engagement Lead – Youth Jobs Guarantee

Seetec is hiring an Employer Account Executive to support the Youth Jobs Guarantee in Wiltshire/Swindon. You will build relationships with local employers, secure quality job opportunities for young people, and help participants gain the skills and experience needed for sustainable employment.

You will develop a strong network of employers, identify vacancies, and work with Youth Employment Advisors to match participants with opportunities, while ensuring compliance and accurate records.
