The Halfway House is a rural, family run business which has been a long standing part of the community for over 100 years. We are very passionate about the hospitality industry and have great plans and ideas for the future of the Halfway. Food is the heart of the business and we are always looking at new dishes, hot favourite and various theme nights to keep things current. With every meal it needs washed down with a great drink! Work Pattern
As a member of the bar team we can offer a range of shifts depending on the business fluctuation and personal needs but this is a flexible and part time position that can allow for a good work life balance. Most shifts will be set around evenings and weekends.

The Role
As a member of the bar team you will be immediately supporting the senior bar management team to ensure quick and efficient bar service for the needs of the customers. We have a high standard to uphold so you will be key to ensure that all drinks are served to a high quality, in a speedy manner. During functions you will be key to ensure that the customers are served their beverages efficiently and also a clean and tidy work space is maintained
About You
We are looking for someone with at least 1 years experience in a busy or similar environment.
Full training is provided.
