Health Care Assistant Salary: £13 per hour Employment: Full-time Days (36-hour contract)

A Large Residential Facility are on the hunt for a new Healthcare Assistant (HCA)!Perfect role for a Healthcare Assistant or aspiring Nurse wanting to join a lovely home and a dedicate team!

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Provide support with residents personal care needs and everyday living tasks.
• Assist residents during mealtimes and encourage participation in daily routines and activities.
• Uphold residents dignity, independence and personal choices while promoting their overall wellbeing.
• Develop trusting and respectful relationships with residents, their families and colleagues.
• Help maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

What were looking for

• A current NISCC registration (or able to obtain within 6 months).
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• An interest in elderly residential care.
