Flag Marshal

Lyons Karting is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Flag Marshal.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team and working in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring the track and ensuring the safety of drivers.
• Using flags to communicate with drivers during sessions.
• Assisting customers and ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Helping with the day-to-day running of the karting track.
• Following all safety procedures and instructions.
• Working alongside the rest of the team to keep sessions running smoothly.

What Were Looking For

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Friendly, approachable and confident.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Flexible with working hours.
• Good communication skills.
• An interest in motorsport or karting would be an advantage but is not essential.

No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
