Financial Controller

Overview

In this role you will lead the financial core of a luxury beauty brand manufacturer, partnering with the part-time CFO to shape the finance function as the business grows. You will oversee financial controls, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and drive commercial analysis across production and sales. The role offers exposure to senior management and opportunities to implement ERP systems and scale the finance team. Responsibilities

• Own financial controls and governance across the business
• Lead financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting
• Perform commercial analysis in collaboration with production and sales
• Partner with a part-time CFO on strategic initiatives
• Drive ERP system implementation
• Plan for future hires within the finance function
• Maintain close alignment with senior management

Key requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Experience in luxury manufacturing, production, wholesale or retail
• Strong experience in financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting
• ERP implementation expertise
