Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, practical legal advice across commercial property matters
- Own and manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- Support colleagues on larger or more complex transactions
- Handle sales and acquisitions, refinancing, leases and landlord/tenant matters
- Work with landowners on promotion agreements, options, renewable energy projects, diversification matters and pension-related property work
Key requirements
- At least 4 years PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in commercial property
- Strong communication skills and technical expertise
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and a busy caseload
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed
