Commercial PSL / Knowledge Lawyer

Overview

In this Knowledge Lawyer/PSL role, you will support a top-tier commercial practice by translating complex legal and commercial insight for clients and firm lawyers. You’ll help engage clients and colleagues through accessible guidance on commercial law, data privacy, and GDPR. The position is remote, with optional attachment to Leeds, Manchester or London offices. You will shape knowledge sharing and practical guidance to support transactional and advisory work at scale. This is an opportunity to move into knowledge management within a highly regarded firm.

Responsibilities

• Disseminate technical and commercial intelligence to clients and lawyers
• Engage with clients to support business development and knowledge sharing
• Provide technical guidance on commercial law, data privacy and GDPR
• Support junior lawyers through mentoring or supervision
• Contribute to knowledge management initiatives within the firm

Key requirements

• Experienced Commercial Solicitor or PSL with minimum 5 PQE in Commercial
• Strong technical black-letter law skills
• Ability to mentor/supervise junior lawyers
• Client-facing experience and strong communication skills
