WPP Production is seeking a Global Hub Operations Director to lead the operational performance and development of Studio A’s worldwide hub network. You will set the operating model, drive capacity planning, and ensure secure, high-quality work at agreed client service levels and economics.
You will oversee Hub Operations Leads, partnering with Commercial, Talent, HR and Finance to align capacity with demand, while maintaining control of cost and risk across locations.
