Chief Revenue Officer | Acquisitive UK Managed Services Group
Location: UK Hybrid | Executive Salary + Significant Bonus
We’re working with a fast-growing, highly acquisitive UK Managed Services Group looking to appoint a Chief Revenue Officer to help shape the next stage of its growth.
This isn’t a traditional sales leadership role.
The business already has an established CCO and Sales Director responsible for sales execution. This appointment is about building, refining and continually improving the commercial engine behind them.
You’ll work alongside the Board and senior leadership team, bringing greater structure, intelligence and scalability to a growing, multi-business MSP.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of the strategy, systems, processes and commercial infrastructure that enable the Group to grow efficiently and profitably.
Key areas include:
- Revenue Operations: CRM, sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting and commercial reporting.
- Commercial Strategy: Pricing, margins, incentives, customer segmentation and cross-sell opportunities.
- M&A Integration: Bringing acquired businesses together through consistent systems, processes and commercial practices.
- Strategic Partnerships: Maximising vendor and distributor relationships, commercial terms, rebates and joint go-to-market opportunities.
- AI & Automation: Identifying opportunities to use emerging technology, automation and data to improve commercial performance.
- Sales Enablement: Ensuring the sales organisation has the right tools, intelligence and infrastructure to perform.
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in speaking with senior commercial leaders from the MSP, Managed IT or Technology Services sector who understand how to build and scale a successful commercial operation.
You might currently be a CRO, CCO, Commercial Director, Revenue Operations Director or Sales Director with a strong operational and strategic background.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Strong experience within the UK MSP or technology services market.
- A track record of improving commercial processes, systems and performance.
- Excellent understanding of RevOps, CRM, forecasting and commercial analytics.
- Experience of M&A integration or scaling multi-business operations.
- Strong vendor, distributor and strategic partnership experience.
- A genuine interest in AI, automation and the future of sales.
We’re particularly interested in people who enjoy building the commercial machine, rather than simply running the sales team.
What’s on Offer?
This is an opportunity to make a significant impact within an ambitious, acquisition-led MSP at an important stage of its growth.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape how the commercial operation evolves, working closely with the Board and established sales leadership.
Package: Executive-level salary + significant commercial and executive bonus package.
Location: UK hybrid, with travel across Group locations.
