Job Description:
My Client, a Commercial bank in the City, seeks a circa Associate Director (possibly even Director) level 2LOD credit banker, with strong credit experience across the Commercial Real Estate market (including bridging and development finance) and exposure to the speciality finance market (lending to property lenders).
Suitable candidates will have strong 2LOD credit experience to the Commercial Real Estate UK market, and either have Real Estate focused Speciality Finance experience (lending to property lenders), or NAV/warehouse related Real Estate exposure.
