Drive customer engagement and retention for a global financial intelligence business

Walker Lovell is partnering with an established global financial intelligence organisation to recruit a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape the post-sale customer journey, developing targeted marketing strategies that increase product adoption, subscriber engagement and long-term retention.

We’re looking for an experienced B2B lifecycle marketer, ideally from a SaaS, subscription, data, analytics or information services business, who understands how to turn customer insights into measurable commercial growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the post-sale customer lifecycle strategy, from onboarding and activation through to engagement and retention.
  • Develop automated, segmented customer journeys, including nurture and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and product usage to identify opportunities to increase adoption and reduce churn.
  • Work closely with sales, product and marketing teams to support customer retention, renewals and account growth.
  • Optimise lifecycle campaigns using CRM, marketing automation and performance insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B lifecycle or customer marketing experience within SaaS, subscriptions, data, analytics or information services.
  • Demonstrable experience improving customer onboarding, product adoption, engagement and retention.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automated journeys and behavioural marketing.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Commercial awareness of how lifecycle marketing supports renewals, retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Experience marketing subscription products to financial institutions or professional B2B audiences would be advantageous.

Why Join?

  • Build something new: Shape the lifecycle marketing strategy within an established global business.
  • Make an impact: Directly influence customer engagement, retention and subscription growth.
  • Hybrid flexibility: Three days working remotely, with Tuesdays and Thursdays in a central London office.
  • Career development: Work alongside senior stakeholders across sales, product and marketing.
  • Competitive package: Attractive compensation reflecting your experience and expertise.

Interested?

If you’re a commercially minded B2B lifecycle marketer who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution, we’d love to hear from you.
