Process & Operational Excellence Leader

Arch is seeking a Process & Operational Excellence Delivery Manager to support the Head of POE in scoping, deploying, and measuring benefits within Arch Insurance International. You will drive end-to-end transformation, partner with senior stakeholders, and embed Lean principles to deliver sustainable improvements for customers and the business.

The role requires Lean expertise, 5+ years of experience in financial services, and qualifications in process improvement and project management.
