MMO Design Director: World & Systems Architect

Jagex is seeking an experienced Design Director to lead the MMO design for a RuneScape universe project. You will own the overall design architecture, drive progression and economy systems, and guide live operations to sustain long-term player engagement.

You will mentor a sizeable design team, collaborate with Creative, Production, Engineering, and UX, and ensure designs scale to meet ambitious ground-up and live-project goals in a AAA studio environment.
