Lead Credit Underwriter – Fintech & Institutional Lending

Tether Capital is launching a new credit vertical focused on providing short-term liquidity and credit facilities to fintechs, payment providers, exchanges, and financial institutions. We seek a Credit Lead (underwriter) to build the credit function from the ground up and drive risk-aware growth.

The role is hands-on, requiring 10+ years in credit, fintech experience, and the ability to set up policies and processes for a scaling lending platform.
