Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with extensive experience in leading and managing multiple projects and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management methodologies, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team leadership, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of program initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor program progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to program management best practices and governance standards.
• Conduct regular program reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor and support project managers and team members.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency within program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant Program Management experience.
