  • Work closely with partners and colleagues across a national, multidisciplinary practice.
  • Supervise junior lawyers and contribute to client training, relationship management and business development.

  • Previous supervision of junior colleagues.
  • Commercial judgement, strong client-management skills and an interest in business development.
  • Advocacy experience is desirable but not essential.

Why Apply?

  • High-quality, complex work for a strong national client base.
  • A supportive and approachable team with a structured career pathway.
  • Flexible hybrid working and openness to alternative working arrangements.
  • Strong learning, development and progression support.
  • Competitive benefits, including generous holiday, pension, private medical insurance and a discretionary bonus scheme.
