Project Manager

The requirement is for a hands-on delivery leader who can drive software delivery and align a complex stakeholder group across India, Europe and the UK. This is not a coordination-only role. The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of delivery planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, dependency management and the successful execution of a complex technology programme.

Key areas of experience we are looking for include:

• Proven software delivery experience within large global organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
• Experience delivering Rapid Application Development and low-code solutions, ideally Mendix.
• Practical experience coordinating UX, integrations, testing, operational readiness and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, capacity and delivery commitments while maintaining momentum and accountability.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and open-source technologies would be advantageous.
