Senior Legal Counsel at TR Plus
TR Plus is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to work directly with the Group General Counsel in a broad corporate and commercial role. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) based in Central London (Hybrid) with an immediate start. The role is designed for private practice trained lawyers seeking a varied in-house position with strong stakeholder exposure.

- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Demonstrated corporate and commercial experience.
- Private practice background.
- Experience advising on transactions, M&A, and commercial agreements.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Work directly with the Group General Counsel.
- Manage M&A and transactional matters.
- Handle commercial contracts and governance work.
- Provide broad corporate legal support to in-house teams.
