Head of Planning & S&OP (Supply Chain)

BYOMA is seeking a Head of Planning to lead end-to-end supply chain planning from our Glasgow head office. You will own demand and supply planning, inventory management, purchase orders and S&OP, coordinating with Commercial, Procurement, Operations and external manufacturers.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain, strong leadership in FMCG/beauty, plus APICS CPIM/CSCP. You will drive performance, implement improvements and coach the Planning team in a fast-growth environment.
