Senior Legal Counsel – M&A & Corporate Contracts

Taylor Root has partnered with a global business to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel for its London legal team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will handle corporate, commercial and strategic matters, including corporate transactions, M&A and contract work.

The successful candidate will bring a corporate and commercial background with private practice training and comfort across a broad range of legal matters.
